Waykan is a high altitude Regional Select from Huehuetenango, Western Guatemala near the Mexico border. It’s built for taste of place and consistency, with lots typically cupping in the 84–87 range and clear regional traceability. Expect flavours of brown sugar, cooked orange, and jammy apple in a clean, bright cup. Waykan means “star” and this one shines.
